We're a rate-monitoring and notification service. We track UK mortgage products and email you the moment a rate matches the criteria you set. We're not a broker or lender and we don't give mortgage advice.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Setting up alerts, receiving them, and comparing the market are all free. There's no card required.

How will I be alerted?

By email. When a product matching your criteria appears — or a matching rate drops — we send you an email with the product, the rate, and a link to the lender.

How often will you email me?

Accepted Answer

Only when there's a match. If nothing matches your criteria, you won't hear from us. You can be as broad or as specific as you like when you sign up.

Do I have to confirm my email?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After you sign up we send a confirmation link (a double opt-in). Your alert only goes live once you click it — that keeps things secure and spam-free.

Can I choose exactly which rates trigger an alert?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can filter by lender, rate type (fixed, tracker and so on), repayment type, fee type, term, your loan-to-value, and a target rate to only be alerted at or below a level you choose. Leave any of it blank to keep it broad.

Will you share my details with anyone?

Only if you explicitly tick the optional box to be introduced to a mortgage broker. If you do, we may share your details with an FCA-regulated broker who could help you switch. If you don't tick it, we never share your details.

How do I unsubscribe?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can stop your alerts at any time. There's no penalty and you can re-sign up whenever you like.

Are the rates you show guaranteed?

No. Rates are gathered from lenders' public information and can change or be withdrawn at any time, and eligibility depends on your circumstances. Always confirm the details directly with the lender before acting.

Which lenders do you cover?

We're expanding coverage continually. You can see who we currently track on the Lenders page, and you can set an alert for a lender even before it's fully listed.
